A rule or deadline looks wrong
Name the page, the statement and, if possible, the provision of the Polish VAT Act, the regulation or the Finance Ministry notice. We check against the source and correct within a few days.
The reader shows an invoice incorrectly
Describe which field is shown wrongly. Please do not send us a real invoice with names, addresses or bank account numbers: replace them with made-up values first. The structure of the file is enough for us to find the error.
Embedding a tool
Accounting firms, chambers, associations and publishers can embed the obligation check, the offline-mode deadline tool and the invoice reader for free: embed.
What we do not do
No individual tax advice, no bookkeeping, no issuing or sending of invoices to KSeF and no software setup. We have no access to your KSeF account. For the system itself, the National Tax Information helpline is the place to call.
